Break IT Down | Make It Better
West Michigan’s longest-running professional development conference for artists is back on Friday Febuary, 28 from 10am–5pm. Tickets start at $45 and go on sale this January. The conference is organized through an ongoing partnership with Avenue for the Arts, ArtPrize, and AllArtWorks.
Rapid Art Movement
Our one-of-a-kind arts festival returns in a whole new format.
Returning January 24–25, Rapid Art Movement is an arts festival that embraces the unique setting and culture of Grand Rapids. Passengers will board a DASH bus transformed through drawings, sculpture, poetry, and performance and take a ride like they’ve never experienced before. It’s all part of World of Winter, the largest winter festival in the US.
The event is free to attend. It runs six times and each run lasts approximately one hour:
Friday, January 24 at 5:30pm, 7pm, and 8:30pm.
Saturday, January 25 at 5:30pm, 7pm, and 8:30pm.
To attend, simply wait at the DASH stop along Monroe Ave at Rosa Park’s Circle.
